You Are Significant!

21 July, Saturday

This morning we had the privilege of spending half an hour with a group of Polish kids in our Allerheiligen Chapel.

We taught them the song "Trading My Sorrows" and showed them a video presentation about the mission. Chris shared her testimony on how she became a fulltime missionary, emphasising that her journey to becoming a missionary was a journey of coming to know God as Father and experiencing His personal love, and thus being able to trust Him. "Not one sparrow falls to the ground without the Father knowing. So do not be afraid. You are worth more than hundreds of sparrows" was the scripture shared with them.

Some of the kids after the session. As you can see, the actions to "Yes Lord" were easy to remember! Some others came up with their own 'cool' version of it for the camera!

IN HIS LIGHT WE SEE LIGHT

PASTORAL CARE SCHOOL

This year's School began on 8 July Sunday with an evening Eucharistic celebration. The Band of Followers worship ministry served in the liturgy and is committed to serve the School as staff members as it runs its 3-week course. Our involvement includes worship leading for liturgy and other times of worship and ministry, cell group leading, prayer ministry, recording and all technical support for the lectures, taking care of tea breaks....we are enjoying it!

Elisa, Miriam and Sacha dancing at the beginning of the Eucharistic celebration. The song was about God being light, pure light, in whom there is no trace of darkness. It expresses the theme of this year's pastoral care school.

There are 25 participants this year from Germany, Slovakia, Korea, Singapore, England, Austria. Praise God for calling each and every precious one of them by name, to receive His special and personal care and healing love through this school.
